We would like to inform all of our valued customers that we are now experiencing significant delivery delays worldwide. Our standard delivery times have been extended on average by 2 weeks, which of course varies by country.
While we appreciate your patience, we are amending our refunds and returns policy to extend our return times and to give all new customers an option to cancel their order before it has been shipped, if they are not satisfied with the extra delays.
An extra notification will be displayed on each of our product pages, shipping page and in each order confirmation email. We have extended the cancellation period to 48 hours to give customers enough time to make a decision whether they want to proceed with their orders. Should we not receive any instructions from the customers within 48 hours of order confirmation, we will presume the order should go through and customers are taking on the risk of delivery delays.
Cancellation requests received after shipping confirmation has been sent unfortunately cannot be honored and the customer will have to request a refund and send the product back to use before the refund can be processed.
