Do I need a paid Canva subscription? No! We design our products using free Canva elements whenever possible. You only need a free Canva account to edit, download, and share your templates.
Can I change the colors and fonts? Absolutely. Most of our designs allow you to change the background colors, font styles, and layout to perfectly match your party's theme.

How do I receive my files? Immediately after your purchase is confirmed, an instant download link will be sent to your email. You can also access your files through your shop dashboard.
Where should I print my designs? You have options! You can print at home for a quick DIY solution, or send the files to a local print shop. For the best quality, we recommend using heavy cardstock (100lb or higher).
Can I send these as digital invitations? Yes! Our templates can be downloaded as high-quality JPG or PNG files, making them perfect for sending via text, WhatsApp, or email.

Do you offer refunds? Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds once a file has been accessed. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any issues with your link, please contact us and we’ll fix it immediately.

I’m not "tech-savvy"—can I still use these? If you can drag and drop a photo, you can use these digital templates! We include a Step-by-Step Editing Guide with every purchase to walk you through the process.
