At Momooze, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, because our products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly via link or file, they are governed by different rules than physical goods.

Please read our policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. The "No-Return" Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are considered final once the file has been delivered or the template link has been accessed. Because digital products cannot be physically "returned," we generally do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of Mind: Deciding you no longer want the product after purchase.
  • Accidental Purchase: Purchasing the wrong theme or design.
  • Lack of Software: We clearly state that a free Canva account is required for all editable templates.

2. Exceptions (When We Do Refund)

We are committed to fairness and will issue a full refund or store credit in the following specific circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same item twice in the same transaction, we will refund the duplicate.
  • Technical Issues: If there is a verified technical error with the file or link that we cannot resolve within 48 hours of you contacting us.
  • Misrepresentation: If the delivered product is significantly different from the description or preview images provided on the product page.

3. European Union (EU) Consumer Rights

In accordance with EU digital content regulations, by clicking "Buy Now" and accessing your digital download, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the product and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.

4. How to Request Assistance

If you are having trouble with your order, we are here to help! Most issues are simply a matter of a broken link or a quick question about Canva.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction and can usually fix a problem much faster than a bank can process a dispute.
